Eating Less Food As You Get Older

As we get older, we need less to eat.

Changing how you eat will take time.

It is a learning process.

The biggest change will be eating less food.

It is true that we get fat because we eat too much food and we don't exercise enough.

Some people don't eat a lot of food.  But if you eat the same amount of food as you did when you were ten years younger, and you have gained weight, then you are eating too much food.

As you get older, you need less food because your body slows down and you are not as active.

When you eat more food than your body needs, the extra food is changed into body fat.  It does not matter whether that extra food is meat, cookies or butter; the extra food becomes body fat.

Start the day with a nutritional shake.
